EVP-X15 MKII is a 15″ 2-way passive loudspeaker from our rugged EVP-X MKII Series — built for performers, DJs, bands, and venues that demand reliable, high-output sound reinforcement. Featuring a 15″ LF driver with a 2.5″ voice coil and a 1.75″ HF compression driver, EVP-X15 MKII delivers extended low-frequency response with strong vocal and high-frequency clarity. It handles 350 W AES (700 W programme / 1400 W peak) and achieves up to 130 dB max SPL @ 1 m, making it ideal for medium-sized live sound applications. A 90° x 60° elliptical waveguide provides controlled dispersion, ensuring consistent HF projection across wide horizontal coverage and focused vertical output.

Elliptical waveguides

Full range models feature a 90° x 60° Elliptical Waveguide. In real-world terms this means that the higher frequencies can be heard with definition at 90° in the horizontal plane, and 60° in the vertical.

Each EVP-X MKII PA speaker and subwoofer is protected by a durable carpet covering and steel grille. The MKII version features a 4-way carry handle and a dual angle pole mount making it both portable and versatile for varying installation applications.
