Delta-X15 is a powerful 15-inch 2-way passive loudspeaker designed for larger venues, touring rigs, and demanding mobile setups. Its cabinet is built from 15 mm birch plywood and finished in our Tough-Tone paint, giving durability that stands up to the rigours of transport and heavy use. On the rear panel, a mode switch allows operation in full-range passive mode or in a bi-amped configuration, letting you drive low and high frequencies independently for maximum control. With 500 W continuous power handling (up to 2,000 W peak) and a maximum SPL of 131 dB, the Delta-X15 delivers serious volume and authority.

Birch plywood

All DELTA-X models use premium Baltic birch plywood construction. Not only does this create a solid and durable cabinet, but it also contributes to the overall sound and character.

Routed logo

DELTA-X features a routed Wharfedale Pro logo. It is a logo to be proud of. A logo that lets your audience know that the sound of your even will be of the highest possible quality.

New crossover design

Internally DELTA-X models have a new crossover design and construction. Using new component positioning and bracing, the sensitive crossover electronics have been re-engineered to improve long term performance and reliability.

Bi-amp and passive mode

In BI-AMP mode, two power amplifier channels can be used, one for each section of the loudspeaker (HF compression driver and LF transducers). In PASSIVE mode, a single amplifier channel can be used to power all drivers inside the loudspeaker.
